New 8cm Stick Pin Danglies :)

Salam All! Just a short post to let you know that I have added some more 8cm stick pins to Hijab Sparkle.  There are four new dangly designs to choose from.  If you are interested in purchasing, just drop me an email and let me know which number you like.  The item number can be found on the sticker just next to the price. Why not get together as a group and purchase a few items to save on postage?!

New! Small 4cm Stick Pin Sets.

These nifty little 4cm stick pins are new in the shop today.  They are sold in sets of 4, and there are two sets of colours to choose from.   I have also been working on some different designs which have a heart or a star at the top, and I will be posting those soon for you to have a look at.  For more info, take a peek at the 4cm stick pin page.

Assalamu Alaikum!

Alhamdulilah, autumn has arrived, in Wellington New Zealand, and those chilly breezes (you know, the ones that knock you off your feet) are starting to tug at my scarf and threaten to pull it off my head!  It always pays to have some good strong brooches to keep your hijab safe and secure.  Take a look on the brooches page and see if there is anything that takes your fancy.  This is just the start, I plan, insha Allah, to make a whole lot more, now that I have my jewellery desk all set up again after I moved.  If you didn't know already, most of the brooches and stick pins available on Hijab Sparkle are handmade, so you will be happy to know you are wearing originals that can't be found in any shop.  I have also included heaps of handmade earrings (check them out here) and there are some very cute hair accessories to choose from (these are imported).

Keep Your Phone Cozy.

I don't know about you, but I am forever dropping my mobile phone! If you are a butter fingers like me, maybe you need one of these lovingly hand-crocheted 'phone cozies'! Made in Wanganui, New Zealand, they are fun and ultra-cute, but best of all they buffer your phone from life's little accidents. Check out all the different colours here!

New - Little Boxes!

New to Hijab Sparkle, these little boxes are the cutest way to give a gift to someone special.  Or perhaps you just want somewhere safe to keep your treasures.  They are made of robust recycled cardboard, and lovingly decorated with strawberries, tiny ribbon roses, and a variety of trimmings.  The pictures on the top are highlighted with shiny lacquer, and some have a tiny crystal on the top. Each one is handmade by me, and no two boxes are the same.  Measurements vary, but the average size is about 7cm cubed. There are only a few, so be quick!

Welcome to Hijab Sparkle! I am in the process of adding new sparklies every day, so make sure you check back every now and again.  Take a look at the tabs at the top of the page to find what's new.  Each item is a one of a kind original, made by hand.  You won't find the same anywhere else!  If you like something, grab it quick, because I usually only make one of each.
